     In particular, its dashi, or soup stock, is said to be the best in Japan as it is made from freshly shaved bonito flakes.
     The chefs at "Kiyama" take pride in their meticulous cooking techniques and use only the finest ingredients, resulting in beautifully refined dishes.
    Unfortunately, photography is not allowed inside "Kiyama," so we cannot provide pictures of the dishes.
     However, they offer a wide range of menu options that are beloved by many.
     For example, their "Dashi Vegetables and Eri Snail," "Fried Sweetfish with Cucumber Sauce," and "Isaki Sashimi" are highly recommended.
     They also have rice dishes such as "Scallop Rice with Egg" and "Squid Ankake Rice.
