    Located in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Kobikicho Tomoki is a sushi restaurant featuring a white wooden counter made of a single piece of Kiso cypress.
    The restaurant has a homey atmosphere, with only seven seats at the counter.
    It operates on a single turnover system, making it a popular restaurant where reservations are hard to come by.
    The owner himself visits various places in Japan and directly sends sushi items from his own routes.
    In particular, the seasonal ingredients, such as tuna and red clams, have a reputation for being exquisite.
    At Kobikicho Tomoki, the omakase course is the main course, which includes a selection of the finest ingredients available on the day, as well as nigiri.
    You can enjoy dishes such as Awaji Island mozuku seaweed, grilled conger eel skewers, tuna red meat and medium fatty tuna, and fresh seafood, all carefully prepared one by one.
