Overview

"Sushi Ishijima" is a sushi restaurant located in Ginza, Chuo ward, Tokyo.
The establishment is a 3-minute walk from Shintomicho Station.
The restaurant has a counter seating area on the first floor with 10 seats and a private room on the second floor with 6 seats.
One of the notable characteristics of this place is its delicious sushi toppings and unique dishes.
The service provided to first-time customers may come off as a bit cold, but it is because they prioritize regular customers.
For lunch, they offer three courses: a 10-piece, 12-piece, and 14-piece set.
I ordered the 10-piece course priced at 4,400 yen.
The rice was seasoned with red vinegar, but all the pieces were delicious, and I was thoroughly satisfied.
Furthermore, the chefs' skills were impressive and moving.
I was particularly amazed by dishes such as foie gras with sushi rice and a combination of Nara pickles and nori seaweed.
This restaurant values the seasonal aspects of their menu, offering dishes like a Matsutake mushroom-focused menu and other seasonal toppings to enjoy.
The chefs carefully select ingredients and exhibit their expertise in cooking.
The intricate knife work was like a work of art.
The squid sushi and Botan shrimp, among others, had fresh and delicious toppings.
Although known as a high-class sushi restaurant, you can enjoy the experience at an affordable price by opting for a lunch or dinner course.
I highly recommend visiting "Sushi Ishijima" at least once.
