    Amabuki Shuzo is a sake brewery located in Miyaki Town, Miyaki District, Saga Prefecture, with a history spanning over 300 years since its founding in 1688.
     The brewery is situated approximately 2,800 meters from JR Nakahara Station, surrounded by abundant nature.
     Its operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, and it is closed on weekends, so it is advisable to check before visiting.
    Amabuki Shuzo uses locally harvested sake rice from the Saga plain and pure underground water from the Sefuri mountain range, ensuring high-quality sake.
     The brewing method that employs "hana yeast" develops Japanese sake with rich flavors and aromas, which are further enhanced through aging in cool storage spaces.
     This results in various delightful taste profiles.
    The brewery offers unique brands such as "Koisuru Banana Junmai Ginjo Namachozo," which distinctively features a banana aroma, presenting a new style of sake that has attracted attention.
