    Dewazakura Sake Brewery is located in Tendō City, Yamagata Prefecture, approximately 829 meters from Tendō Minami Station.
     Founded in 1892, it has a long history, and its reputation has spread domestically and internationally, with exports to over 35 countries.
     The brewery does not have seating for visitors, so when you visit, you can purchase sake to enjoy at home or elsewhere.
    This brewery offers a diverse lineup of sake, among which the "Shigusa" Junmai Ginjo is particularly noted.
     This sake was co-developed with the well-known sake enthusiast Yoshida Rui and Mitsubishi Food Co.
    , and its name is inspired by a poem written by Yoshida.
     It utilizes Yamagata-prefectural rice with a rice polishing ratio of 55%, emphasizing quality.
     It features a rich flavor and ginjo aroma without a strong sense of dryness, making it highly recommended to drink chilled or as a warm sake (nurukan).
    Another popular product is the "Dewazakura Ginjo Sake," which comes in a convenient 180ml size and is affordably priced, allowing for easy enjoyment at home.
     The label design reflects attention to detail, showcasing a beautiful ultramarine color.
     Upon tasting, one can experience a crisp sweetness and smooth mouthfeel, receiving high praise from many customers.
    Additionally, there is a summer limited sake called "Dewazakura Tokubetsu Junmai Honu," packaged in a 720ml bottle.
     "Honu" means sea turtle in Hawaiian, and the chic design includes a green bottle with blue metallic lettering.
     Chilling this sake enhances its soft texture and refreshing acidity, offering a gentle sweetness while maintaining a fresh taste.
