    Overview

Nanyo Brewery is located in Hanyu City, Saitama Prefecture, just a 9-minute walk from Shingo Station on the Chichibu Railway and a 5-minute taxi ride from Hanyu Station on the Tobu Isesaki Line.
The brewery's hours of operation are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and it is closed on weekends and holidays.
It is recommended to check the hours and holidays in advance before visiting.
One of the brewery's specialties is the sake "Hanayoi.
" "Hanayoi" is particularly famous for its fruity aroma and soft texture, making it beloved by many.
For example, "Hanayoi Junmai Ginjo Hattan Nishiki Origarami" features a pleasant balance of acidity and sweetness, leaving a vivid impression with its floral aroma and sweetness.
Additionally, "Hanayoi Junmai Ginjo Mudoko Namagenshu" exhibits a fruit-wine-like fragrance, and its taste is reminiscent of something beyond the ordinary sake experience.
These signature brews are only available in select stores, and although a 1.8-liter bottle is quite pricey, its rarity adds to its allure.
At Nanyo Brewery, both 1.8-liter and 720ml bottles are available for purchase, but there is a limit of one bottle per person per day.
Therefore, it is advisable for prospective buyers to visit early.
The brewery also handles another label called "Ai no Sato," which is highly popular for its dry and rich flavor, making it an excellent choice as an accompaniment to meals.
The aftertaste carries a hint of acidity and sweetness reminiscent of green apples, earning high praise from many customers.
The brewery does not have seating available, operating instead as a carry-out only establishment, making it ideal for enjoying sake at home or at parties.
Additionally, payment methods are varied; in addition to D-Barai, they also accept PayPay and credit cards, adding convenience.
Nanyo Brewery represents a place where one can witness the passion for crafting exquisite Japanese sake that embodies Japanese culture.
The brews born from their technical expertise and meticulous selection of ingredients pair wonderfully with Japanese cuisine.
Why not visit and indulge in the delightful world of their sake?
