    Overview

Haru-chan Ramen is a ramen restaurant located in Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
The establishment is a 2-minute walk from JR Shimbashi Station.
The interior of the restaurant consists only of counter seats, with a total of 6 seats.
The standout dish at this establishment is their Chuka Soba (Chinese-style ramen), priced at 1000 yen.
The soup is clear and transparent, and is accompanied by tenderly cooked pork slices.
The thick noodles also add to the unique character of the dish.
One of the chef's particularities is the meticulous process of warming the Chashu (roast pork) before serving.
This results in a tender texture and allows one to fully savor the sweetness and richness that comes from the pork fat.
Furthermore, the ramen is topped with gluten puffs, adding vibrant colors to the overall presentation.
With its focus on simple ingredients and traditional preparation methods, this Chuka Soba possesses a refined taste that has eliminated any unnecessary elements.
Above all, it provides a comforting warmth until the very last sip.
In just two years since its opening, Haru-chan Ramen has already been recognized by the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand.
It is highly popular in the Shimbashi area, sometimes even attracting long queues before opening, even on weekdays.
We highly recommend you to visit and experience the delicious Chuka Soba at Haru-chan Ramen.
