"Menraitei" is a ramen restaurant located in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
The restaurant has both counter and table seats, and it was nearly full when I visited.
Their signature dish is the "Chashumen," which features moist and tender pork slices.
The soup is clear and refreshing, while the noodles are medium-thick and smooth.
I also highly recommend trying their juicy and large-sized gyoza dumplings.
Menraitei operates only during the day, but despite its large size, it offers authentic ramen that exceeds expectations.
As a result, it can get quite crowded.
