Taishoken Rosso
Taishoken Rosso is a ramen restaurant located in Ushiku City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
The store was bustling when I visited during lunchtime on a weekday, with the parking lot almost full.
I ordered their limited edition Mazemen (soupless spicy sesame noodles) and the Roast Pork Bowl.
The Mazemen had a generous amount of green onions and the spicy sesame sauce was delicious.
The Roast Pork Bowl was also satisfying with its ample portion.
Additionally, Taishoken is famous for their rich and thick dipping noodles, but this time I opted for their refreshing Taishoken Dipping Noodles.
The soup had a slightly sweet and sour taste, with a refreshing hint of yuzu peel.
The thickness and portion of the noodles were just right, and it's also recommended to add soup at the end.
With its store information, the quality of the dishes, and unique menu items, Taishoken Rosso is definitely worth a visit.
