    Hirose Shoten is a long-established sake brewery located in Ibaraki Prefecture, in the city of Ishikawa, founded in 1805.
     It is conveniently situated just 522 meters from Takahama Station.
     The store operates from Monday to Sunday, with business hours on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
     However, it is important to note that the store is closed on weekends and public holidays.
     From November to March, which is the sake brewing season, guided tours of the brewery are available on weekends and holidays, but prior reservation is required.
    At this brewery, a variety of local sake is offered, with the main brand being "Shirogiku.
    " The "Hatsu Shibori" (freshly pressed) sake is particularly recommended, known for its fresh aroma and drinkability.
     The 720ml bottle of Honjozo Hatsu Shibori is priced at an affordable 1,100 yen, and its quality is sure to impress.
     Furthermore, this sake is made entirely from "Yumehitachi" rice sourced from Ryugasaki City in Ibaraki Prefecture, emphasizing a commitment to local production.
    While there are no seating areas in the store, there is a wide selection of products available for takeout.
     There is also a service that packs chilled sake into special cooling boxes, making it ideal for gifts to valued customers.
