 On the other hand, the "Shiboritate Namagenshu" has a higher alcohol content of 19%, but the balance between its dryness and a hint of sweetness is exquisite.
Additionally, products such as "Daiginjo Yamakyō" and "Hokuan Daikoku Mochigome Junmai" are also well-received, each offering different flavors and drinking experiences.
 The "Daiginjo Yamakyō," with a 49% polishing ratio, combines both richness and dryness.
