 The operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, but it is recommended to check in advance before visiting.
This brewery produces well-known sake such as "Mimuro Sugi" and "Miho Sugi.
" "Mimuro Sugi," in particular, is very popular, with a premium junmai daiginjo made from Yamadanishiki grown in the Yamato region, polished to 50%.
 This sake is characterized by its gentle and finely woven sweetness, making it easy to drink.
 It is also recommended to enjoy it in a wine glass, presenting a new style that is loved by many.
In addition to sake, Imanishi Sake Brewery also offers amazake (sweet rice drink).
 The hand-crafted amazake is made using high-quality domestic rice, without any added sugar or preservatives.
 This amazake can be enjoyed chilled and diluted with water, making it a delightful choice for both adults and children.
 It can also be enjoyed straight and makes a great souvenir to take home.
