 The brewery operates from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, but it's advisable to check in advance for any changes to the regular business hours or holidays.
While there are no seats provided inside the shop, there is a space available for sake tasting.
 A variety of sake is available, with Junmai Daiginjo being particularly popular.
 Kasen Shuzo has a history of over 200 years, and its product "Kasen" has been cherished by the local community in Tsuwano throughout this time.
 It is characterized by a rich flavor and fragrant aroma of rice, and it can be enjoyed at various temperatures, making it an excellent pairing with food.
