Meijo Sake Brewery is located in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, approximately 938 meters from Nitoyo Station.
 Founded in 1864, it originated from Imai Sake Brewery, and in 1966, six breweries in Himeji City merged to form this brewery.
 Meijo Sake Brewery boasts the highest production volume in Banshu and has won gold medals at the National New Sake Competition in both 1989 and 1991.
 Its operating hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and since holidays and hours may change, it is recommended to check before visiting.
At Meijo Sake Brewery, you can enjoy a wide variety of sake, with the "Tenkatori Kanbee" nigori sake being particularly popular.
 This sake is slightly sweet and very easy to drink, receiving enthusiastic feedback from many customers who visit from across Japan.
 Additionally, the "Kiwami no Ippai Naka tori Daiginjo" is highly recommended.
 Despite being reasonably priced at just over 1,000 yen for 720 ml, this Daiginjo achieves a smooth mouthfeel without any off-flavors, thanks to its high rice-polishing ratio of 50%.
 It serves well both as an aperitif and during meals, making it a favorite among many patrons.
