Senryu Sake Brewery is a historic sake brewery located in Emure Town, Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture.
 It is situated just 358 meters from the Emure Kamimachi Station, along National Route 204.
 Founded in the first year of the Genroku era (1688), this brewery has been deeply rooted in the local community for over 330 years.
 Using traditional methods, specifically "funazukuri" (a type of pressing), and local rice combined with natural spring water from the nearby mountains, Senryu Sake Brewery produces high-quality sake.
The brewery offers a wide range of sake, with the most popular brand being "Honjin."
