    Waki Shun is a restaurant located in Nihonbashi Honcho, Chuo Ward, Tokyo.
     It is a 3-minute walk from the A4 exit of Mitsukoshimae subway station and also a 3-minute walk from the 5th exit of Shin-Nihonbashi station.
     The restaurant is on 2nd floor and has 8 counter seats available.
    At this restaurant, you can enjoy Japanese cuisine prepared by chef Shun Miyahara.
     Mr. Miyahara has previously worked as a head chef at Ginza Okuda and Paris Okuda, bringing his experience from Paris, France to create playful course dishes.
    Some of the popular dishes include "Kenchaku Matsutake Chawanmushi" (Steamed Matsutake Mushroom Egg Custard), "Ise Ebi Kombu Jime" (Ise Lobster with Kelp), "Owan Hata Surimi" (Horse Mackerel Surimi Soup), "Otsukuri Hirame, Aori Ika" (Sashimi Platter with Flatfish and Bigfin Reef Squid), "Tsunohire Kinmedai Sumibi Yaki" (Grilled Roasted Spotted Alfonsino), and "Tsuniku Satsuma Wagyu" (Grilled Satsuma Wagyu Beef).
     Additionally, there is a seasonal dish that changes, such as "Dakiaiwase Renkon Mochi, Kabocha, Wakame" (Assorted Lotus Root Mochi, Pumpkin, and Seaweed).
    The chefs at Waki Shun pay meticulous attention to the ingredients and carefully prepare the dishes.
     Especially notable are the soup dishes, grilled dishes, and sashimi, showcasing Chef Miyahara's skills.

    Waki Shun is open for lunch from 12:00 to 13:00 and for dinner from 18:00 to 21:00.
