Overview
"Hitonoki" is a sushi restaurant located in Gotokuji, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.
It is conveniently located near Gotokuji Station and Yamashita Station, making it easily accessible.
The restaurant has 13 seats, providing a calm atmosphere for a relaxing meal.
Two courses are offered at this restaurant: the "Omakase Course" and the "Okimari Course.
" I ordered the "Omakase Course" for 5,800 yen, which included five appetizers and eight pieces of nigiri sushi.
The Uni (Sea Urchin) tasting (featuring both Bafun Uni and Murasaki Uni) and chawanmushi (savory egg custard) were particularly delicious.
The chawanmushi was served in an unusual style, with a piece of nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) on top, along with rice underneath.
The chefs at "Hitonoki" are dedicated to using high-quality ingredients and preparing them with care.
The sushi, in particular, had small and slightly firm rice grains, but my personal favorite was the kasugo tai (baby red snapper).
Additionally, the variety of a la carte dishes is impressive, and the prices for all dishes are clearly stated on the menu, providing peace of mind.
Although the owner is reserved, their demeanor is gentle, and the service is excellent.
The payment process is straightforward as there are no surprise charges.
"Hitonoki" is a rare sushi restaurant in the Gotokuji area that offers both delicious food and reasonable prices.
I highly recommend visiting this establishment.
