     It is conveniently accessible on foot from Minato-Motomachi Station on the Kaigan Line.
    The interior of the restaurant exudes a calm atmosphere, with six counter seats available.
     There is an open kitchen where you can witness the chef's culinary skills up close.
     You can also enjoy conversations with the owner, making it a relaxed dining experience.
    The seasonal appetizers were impressive, with dishes inspired by the Boy's Festival and playful presentation.
     The small plates, including pickled turnip, miso-stuffed rice cakes, grilled squid, and crab madeleines, were all delicious.
     Personally, I was delighted by the red bean rice inside the sticky rice dumplings.
    The chefs at Kateyoshida pay great attention to the ingredients and cook them with care.
     Each dish, such as fresh black ink, Aomori Oysters, and steamed Kasumi crab, is delicate and enjoyable.
     The classic eel cutlet sandwich is exceptionally delicious, and even the rice cooked in an earthenware pot and desserts are satisfying.
    Kateyoshida is highly regarded as a type of Japanese restaurant that is not often found in Kobe.
     The dishes are all gently flavored, reflecting the meticulous work put into them.
