    At this restaurant, the chefs focus on serving traditional Edo-style sushi.
     Their katsuo (bonito), shellfish, shako (mantis shrimp), and anago (conger eel) are especially praised for their delicious flavors.
     The pieces of sushi are also notable for their size and thickness, offering a satisfying bite.
