    "Hasegawa" is a restaurant located in Sumida-ku, Tokyo.
     It is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Ryogoku Station on the JR Sobu Line.
     The restaurant has 40 seats, including traditional Japanese seating.

    In addition, there are luxurious menu items such as prime loin and 180g fillet.
     These dishes are incredibly tender, melting in your mouth instantly, with a sweet flavor and without feeling heavy or greasy.
    On Saturdays, there was a line of around 20 people before 11:30 AM, but the turnover is fast, and we were able to enter within about 30 minutes.
     We ordered the premium loin cutlet and menchi-katsu, and enjoyed them with salt and wasabi to enhance the sweetness of the pork.
    The restaurant uses the high-quality Hira Maki three-breed pork, which has a delicious flavor and a sweet fat.
     Rice and cabbage are free refills, making for a satisfying meal.
    The chefs at "Hasegawa" are dedicated to using quality ingredients and preparing dishes with great care.
     The skill of the chefs shines especially in their signature dishes like loin cutlet and half fillet cutlet.
