Daishinshu Shuzo is a sake brewery located in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, approximately 613 meters from the Shimo-Shin Station.
 The operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends and public holidays.
 Please note that there are closures during the Bon festival and the New Year’s holiday, so it is recommended to check the hours and days of operation in advance before visiting.
This brewery offers a variety of Japanese sake, with locally exclusive products being particularly popular.
 For example, the "Kazuana Chozō" Junmai Ginjo is characterized by its dry yet perfectly balanced umami and sweetness, making it an excellent pairing with meals.
 Additionally, the "Daishinshu Inabikari," an unfiltered raw sake, is beloved for its fragrance and deep flavor, winning the hearts of many.
 Such limited-edition items cannot be found outside of Nagano Prefecture, making them great souvenirs.
While there are no seats inside the shop, visitors can enjoy the experience of selecting sake.
 There are also special limited-time products and bottles that can only be purchased in this brewery shop, each with its own unique characteristics.
 For instance, there is the "Natsu no Sarasara" Junmai Ginjo, which offers a light and refreshing taste, catering to a variety of preferences.
 In addition, there are souvenir items available for enjoyment at home, such as large quantities of sake lees, allowing visitors to try making amazake (sweet sake) themselves, which is a delightful bonus.
