    Fujii Shuzo is a long-established sake brewery located in Misasa Town, Tohaku District, Tottori Prefecture, with a history dating back to the ninth year of Kanbun (1669).
     Situated in the heart of a hot spring town, it is conveniently accessible, just about 21 minutes by Nishinippon Railway bus from Kurayoshi Station on the Sanin Main Line, and a three-minute walk from the Minami Onsen exit.
     The brewery operates from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, but as it is open irregularly, it is advisable to confirm the schedule before visiting.
    Inside the shop, a wide variety of sake is available, with particular focus on the signature brands "Hakuro" and "Mitsutakuzakura.
     They also offer ancient rice-based old sake, which is remarkable due to their unique brewing method that ages the sake similarly to whiskey or wine.
