    Ito Sake Brewery is a historic sake brewery located in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture, established in 1958.
     It is conveniently situated about a 10-minute walk from JR Kamisuwa Station.
     While there are no seating arrangements inside the shop, there is a space where visitors can enjoy sake tastings and purchase souvenirs.
     The operating hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends and holidays, with a closure during the New Year period, so checking in advance is recommended.
    The brewery is known for its brand "Yokobue," which primarily features junmai sake and a variety of other Japanese sake.
     "Yokobue Junmai Sake" is characterized by its dry taste with a crisp aftertaste, followed by a gentle sweetness and umami that unfolds.
     This sake is beloved by many as a classic that never gets boring.
     Additionally, the label design of "Yokobue" has also received acclaim for its beauty.
    Ito Sake Brewery offers a plan called the "Gokuraku Set," which allows visitors to enjoy sake from other nearby breweries as well.
     By using this set, visitors can taste multiple varieties of sake in one go, making it a delightful experience for sake lovers.
     Particularly, varieties like "Hiyagoroshi" and "Junmai Ginjo" can be compared and enjoyed, adding to the appeal.
