Additionally, there are plans for French dining and cruising events at the Nishinomiya Yacht Harbor, "La Sirène," providing ample opportunities to appreciate the culture of sake.
The club has five amusing rules, including "Members must be beautiful" and "Always be smiling," which adds a unique touch.
Through such activities, participants deepen their understanding and affection for sake culture.
In 2024, the brewing techniques of sake will be recognized as an UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, making this year particularly significant.
At Kitayama Shuzo, they offer richly flavored sake referred to as "Tanrei Sōshu.
" The balance of sweetness, dryness, and umami is exquisite, so experiencing it firsthand will surely captivate you.
