In autumn, "hiyaoroshi" is released.
 This aged sake has increased richness and pairs excellently with seasonal ingredients like sanma (mackerel pike).
 The shop also occasionally sells "saké kasu" (sake lees) and "saké kasu pickles," which are popular items that you should grab if you come across them.
