    Since its establishment in the first year of the Kyōhō era (1716), this sake brewery has utilized the water from the local “Mikigawa Well,” which serves as the foundation for its sake production due to its purity.
     A particularly popular brand is "Tama no Shizuku," a junmai ginjo sake that has received high praise from many customers.
     Additionally, "Keisen" is also well-regarded, but many seem to have a special affection for "Tama no Shizuku."
     This sake is a rare find, often not available in general liquor stores, adding to its allure.
