     The interior of the store features decorations that evoke the local culture, such as Kaga Yuzen textiles and the traditional irori (sunken hearth) with a hanging hook, providing visitors with a historical atmosphere.
    The business hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Sunday being a day off.
     Since there are also irregular holidays, it is recommended to check in advance before visiting.
     There is no seating available, so the style of enjoying the sake is mainly focused on tastings.
    At this brewery, factory tours and sake tastings are offered by reservation.
     For a fee of 500 yen, visitors can purchase a tour ticket that can later be used for shopping, providing a sense of value.
     After a thorough explanation lasting about 40 minutes, participants can taste three varieties of their signature sake.
     Among them, the special junmai sake "Maeda Toshiie" features a soft texture and is easy to drink.
     Additionally, "Ishikawa-mon" is known for its dryness and refreshing aftertaste, receiving high praise from many customers.
     Lastly, "Maeda Toshiie Daiginjo" offers a perfect balance of fruity aroma and rich flavor.
    Furthermore, this place also offers umeshu (plum wine) made from sake, which delights many customers with its refreshing scent and sweetness, providing a new experience.
     The sake is available for purchase, allowing customers to enjoy these diverse offerings at home.
    The female owner is very approachable yet dignified, and her explanations to customers are thorough.
