    "Sushi Chef Yoshiki Hatano" located in Azabu-Juban, is a restaurant where Yoshiki Hatano, born in Chofu City in 1984, decided to enter the culinary world after developing an interest in cooking through his mother, who was a home economics teacher.He had admired Italian chefs since middle school and started his training as a sushi chef while attending Kokushikan University.After gaining experience at established restaurants in Ginza and Akasaka, he was involved in culinary instruction in Kona, Hawaii, USA.Following that, he pursued his own sushi catering and production business until he opened his first store as "Sushi Michi" in Azabu-Juban at the age of 28.In June 2015, the name was changed to "Sushi Chef Yoshiki Hatano", and he continues to operate the restaurant to this day.At this restaurant, Yoshiki Hatano utilizes his unique ideas and techniques to offer dishes made with seasonal ingredients.Guests can enjoy not only traditional sushi but also creative dishes such as grilled eggplant sushi and vinegar-fried oyster sushi.The entertaining and lively conversations with the sushi chef are also one of the highlights.The restaurant is located in Azabu-Juban, at 2-8-6 Azabu-Juban, Minato-ku, Tokyo.It can be easily reached by a short 2-minute walk from Exit 7 of Azabu-Juban Station.Sushi Chef Yoshiki Hatano is a place where the experience and individuality of Yoshiki Hatano as a chef shine through.It offers delicious dishes and a fun atmosphere.We highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
