 However, the price range is somewhat high, so that may be a consideration.
The chefs at Sushi Kageyama are dedicated to using quality ingredients and carefully preparing their dishes.
 Especially, the sushi crafted by the master chef is exquisite, with a perfect balance of vinegared rice and the toppings.
 The grilled cod milt is also melt-in-your-mouth delicious, leaving a lasting impression.
 Although, the Uni (sea urchin) was too cold for my liking.
Sushi Kageyama, located inside a building, is a fantastic restaurant beyond what one would expect from its appearance.
 The master chef is a quiet person, but he diligently crafts each piece of sushi.
 There are also dishes with a good variety of appetizers, and some incorporating truffle, though personally, I found the saltiness and the faint aroma of truffle to be slightly lacking.
 Additionally, the thickly sliced ginger pickles were unusual and intriguing.
Sushi Kageyama offers delicious cuisine made with local ingredients and skillful cooking techniques.
 I highly recommend visiting this place.
