    Ayumasamune Shuzo is a sake brewery located in Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture, with a history that dates back to the 8th year of the Meiji era (1875).
     It was founded by the first owner, Iiyoshi Hikozaemon, who began brewing sake using high-quality spring water.
     This area experiences extreme cold during the winter months, allowing for the interior of the brewery to maintain a temperature of around 5 degrees Celsius, creating an ideal environment for producing delicious sake.
    The brewery operates from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while it is closed on Sundays.
     It may also be closed on Saturdays occasionally, so it's advisable to check the schedule before visiting.
     The premises do not have seating, as it is designed for visitors to taste and purchase their products.
    Ayumasamune Shuzo offers a variety of Japanese sake, including their popular Daiginjo and Junmai sake.
     Particularly, the reasonably priced four-shaku (720ml) bottles are recommended to be enjoyed chilled to truly appreciate their depth of flavor.
     Many visitors enjoy trying different sake to compare tastes, making it a suitable place for beginners to Japanese sake.
     Additionally, the sweet sake made from locally produced Koshihikari brown rice has gained popularity for its natural sweetness and richness.

     Among them, the one made from Koshihikari brown rice sourced from the Myoko mountain region is noted for its rich texture and satisfying fullness.
    Moreover, the Daiginjo "Ayub" and Junmai Ginjo "Ayub" Silver and Gold labels showcase different aromas and flavors depending on the rice polishing ratio.
