Kiyama Shoten is a sake brewery located in Kiyama Town, Miyaki District, Saga Prefecture, just about a three-minute walk from JR Kiyama Station.
 It has a long-standing history in sake production that dates back to the early Meiji period and was incorporated as a limited partnership in the 9th year of the Taisho era (1920).
 The store itself reflects the culture and history of the region, and in 2020, it was designated as a historic landscape formation building in Kiyama Town.
Inside the shop, a calm and serene atmosphere invites visitors, creating a comfortable space.
 Particularly striking are the paintings of cranes at the entrance and the sake barrel hanging from the eaves, which adds a charming touch to the shop's exterior.

Kiyama Shoten is best known for its signature brand "Kihō Tsurū" and has gained attention as an up-and-coming sake producer.
 Among its offerings, the "Kihō Tsurū Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki Ori Garami" has received high praise from many customers.
 "Ori garami" refers to the practice of bottling the "ori," or sediment, that has settled in the storage tank, resulting in a unique aroma and taste.
