    Kubo Shuzo is a small sake brewery located in Nagasu, Usa City, Oita Prefecture, approximately 1,054 meters from Bungo-Nagase Station.
     It is surrounded by the well-known Yotsuya Sake Brewery and primarily offers shochu.
     While it used to produce sake, it has now specialized in shochu production.

    One of the highlights of Kubo Shuzo is its barley shochu.
     They use local Usa-grown naked barley and the spring water from the Ekkan River for brewing, reflecting a commitment to the local area.
     Additionally, Kubo Shuzo received gold and bronze awards at the 2020 TOKYO WHISKY & SPIRITS COMPETITION, attesting to the quality of their products.
