 Nestled at an elevation of 350 meters in a mountainous region, it benefits from clear air and abundant mountain spring water, making it an ideal setting for sake brewing.
 Notably, the brewery uses a soft well water known as "Kamimizu," which has a hardness of 0.2, as a distinctive raw material in its production.
The business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday and Sunday hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
 However, it is often closed on weekends, so it is advisable to check in advance before visiting.
 The shop does not have seating and primarily serves as a place to purchase sake.
Shibata Shuzo offers a diverse range of sake, with the flagship brand "Kono Tsukasa" and the "Gin" made through the Yamahai method being particularly popular.
