     It is run solely by the owner, Taiji Masuda, and operates with limited seating for only three parties per day.
     The interior of the restaurant has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with six counter seats and four table seats.
    The cuisine at Ginza Masuda focuses on seasonal ingredients and the pursuit of refined Japanese culinary art.
     For example, their "appetizers" include delicacies like honeyed green plums, duck and Kamo-nasu eggplant skewers, and fresh corn.
     In the "soup" course, you can enjoy dishes like simmered pike conger eel with yuzu citrus sauce.
     The "grilled items" feature delicacies such as perfectly grilled Choshi Toro Sawara fish.
    They also offer a "meal" course that showcases their specialty handmade soba noodles.
     The noodles are smooth and have a satisfying texture, and you can also enjoy the flavorful soba broth.
    For dessert, they serve refreshing options such as watermelon jelly and creamy mousse.
