Originally established in Ishikawa, we relocated to our current address following the upheaval of the Tengu Party Rebellion.

Our featured offering, Kyo no Yume Junmai Ginjo, is crafted from exclusive local rice sourced from Tsukuba Mirai City, specifically the prized “Gohyaku Mangoku.” Each sip reveals the artistry of our brewing process, utilizing pure water to unlock the rice's ultimate flavor.
