 The brewery operates from Monday to Saturday, open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while it is closed on Sundays.

At this brewery, a variety of sake, including "Hana ichimonme," is produced.
 They offer different types such as special junmai and honjozo genshu, each with distinct flavors to enjoy.
 The special junmai has a pleasant mouthfeel and a light aftertaste, maintaining an exquisite balance that doesn't leave a sense of dissatisfaction.
 Priced at 1,010 yen, it is very affordable and popular among many.
 On the other hand, the honjozo genshu has a higher alcohol content, which can feel strong if consumed straight, making it a powerful sake that can be enjoyed on the rocks as well.
The warm hospitality of the staff in the store is also noteworthy.
 On my first visit, I received a complimentary piece of sake lees, which allowed me to enjoy homemade kasujiru (sake lees soup) and amazake (sweet sake) at home.
 This kind of thoughtful gesture is part of the unique charm of this establishment.
Additionally, there are many well-known sake makers in this region.
 However, the sake from Hana no tomo, although small in scale, possesses its own distinct appeal, making it perfect for those seeking a different experience from others.
